FCCC DEACON MISSION STATEMENT

Deacons are men qualified by scripture (1 Timothy 3:8-13), empowered by the Holy Spirit, and committed to the service of the First Colony Church of Christ for the growth and health of God’s Kingdom.

PURPOSE & FUNCTION

We believe deacons are special servants of the church who fit the spiritual descriptions as revealed in Scripture (1 Timothy 3, Acts 6:1-6). Their role is to serve in designated ministries at First Colony Church of Christ.
